        June - September 2017 Santa Clara University: Math and Comp Sci Dept.

As an intern for my university's Math and Computer Science Department. I worked under the guidance of a professor to create an application to visualize graphs. This program utilized a debugging tool to visualize types of graphs and trees in C/C++ in HTML5 Canvas. This was accomplished using the LLDB debuggers Python API.


        June - August 2016 Itron Inc.

I worked as an intern for the Itron Riva team. I created demo programs and hardware for the Riva Edge Board for use at tradeshows. This job required knowledge of networking on linux platforms.

June - August 2015 MileIQ/Mobile Data Labs Inc.

MileIQ is the top grossing finance app in both iOS and Android app stores. I worked for the engineering team as a intern for the summer. I worked on creating testing tools and other admin resources for their MileIQ app. I worked with a PostgreSQL database and used Flask to implement a visualization of useful location related info for the team. I also created a tool to populate databases with test information that could mimic what a real user's input could be. In this case, the tool created fake car drives through real locations.

September 2014 - September 2015   Blossom Hill Elementary School

I developed the software for Blossom Hill’s Fresh Air Friday program. Fresh Air Fridays is the school’s way of encouraging their students to take alternative forms of transportation to school as a part of an effort to reduce traffic and decrease air pollution from cars. I created a dynamic HTML page using JQuery, served by a NodeJS local web server in order to complete this project.

June - August 2014   Mynd Calendar

Mynd was an award winning smart calendar app available on the iOS app store.  I had the opportunity to further my career goals in software engineering by working at this innovative, venture backed, startup in Palo Alto.  The job involved programming, web development in HTML and Javascript and helping customers with issues.

May 2014, May 2015  RJ Fisher Middle School

I volunteered at the library during the Fisher Book Faire which involved using a cash register to check out book buying customers, and operating the credit card machine.  I even had to repair this machine when it broke down during the middle of the faire.

2013-December 2015  Mader Technologies

I built electric bike upgrade kits. These kits improve the performance of low-end electric bikes extending their range and speed. The job required knowledge of electronics, circuitry, and soldering skills.

June - August 2013   Youth Science Institute

I volunteered as a Summer Camp Counselor. Working with the other volunteers, I organized and managed activities for the campers.  This included activity preparation, organization and clean up.
